We were so excited to kick off our very first Food Truck Friday on Friday March 24th! The following food trucks helped kick off the event for this first time event: Authentic Street Taco, Balance Me Out Coffee, Bubble Cone, Hefty Gyros, Montiel’s Woodfire Pizza, Pancho Villa BBQ, Parkers Hot Dogs, Smoothie Patrol, The Fry Boys, and The Mini Donut Shack! Denio’s is proud to welcome any and all food trucks out every Friday! We want to provide a FREE space for trucks to come out and park! Please support these small businesses and come out on Friday’s to see what trucks are out that day! Denio’s Farmers Market & Swap Meet was proud to partner with Estrella TV Sacramento and La Ranchera Radio on March 18th, 2023. In-person auditions for ‘Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento’ were held at Market Plaza Live and saw hundreds of performers compete for a chance to make it to Hollywood for the first round of television auditions. Estrella TV Sacramento, the Spanish language television station affiliated with Estrella TV and powered by KCRA 3 & My58, and La Ranchera Radio (92.1 FM, 104.7 FM, 890AM) hosted the in-person auditions for the award-winning entertainment talent competition seriesTengo Talento, Mucho Talento. Auditions were free to anyone age 13 and over and saw everything from singing to dancing and performance artists. Stay tuned for updates on whether or not anyone local makes it to the finals!

Auditions are free and open to anyone age 13 and over (participants between 13 and 17 must be accompanied by a legal guardian). Auditions are open to singers, dancers, performance artists, or any type of talent. Animals can be used if they are part of the act. Registration begins at 10am and closes at Noon. Don’t want to audition? You don’t have to! The general public is welcome to attend to watch the auditions free of charge!
The Denio family is thrilled to officially release their full-length documentary film, “Denio’s- 75 Years in the Marking.” Written & Directed by Elyjah Wilbur of Elyjah Wilbur Video, this film showcases what began as a single individual selling produce and has now evolved into over 40 acres of shopping, a huge selection of fresh produce, hundreds of vendors, live entertainment and so much more! Founded in 1947 by Jim and Marilee, Denio’s Farmers Market & Swap Meet is now owned and operated by Ken and his children Eric and Tracie Denio. On February 1st, 2023, Denio’s was honored with a resolution commemorating our 75 years of business by the Roseville City Council. City of Roseville Mayor Bruce Houdesheldt along with Vice Mayor Krista Bernasconi, council members Pauline Roccucci, Tracy Mendonsa & Scott Alvord presented the resolution to Eric Denio, Tracie Denio and Marketing Director Kevin Hernandez in front of more than two dozen attendees at the monthly city council meeting. This is the first time in 75 years that Denio’s has received this resolution and is very proud to have remained a staple in the Roseville community for over seven decades. Denio’s Farmers Market and the Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce were honored by California State Assemblyman Kevin Kiley at the State Capital in recognition of their 75th Anniversary on Monday, June 27th. Denio’s Farmers Market & Swap Meet and Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce were both founded in 1947 and have been huge supporters of each other. Denio’s Founder, Jim Denio was Chamber President in 1959, his son Ken Denio was Chamber President in 1992 and Denio’s President Jeff Ronten was Chamber President in 2012 and serves on the Chamber’s Political Action Committee (PAC). In 2022, Denio’s General Manager Tracie Denio was sworn in as a Roseville Chamber Board of Director, which she is currently serving a three year term on. Both organizations are thrilled by this recognition and are looking forward to serving the community and beyond for many more years to come!
