Vendor Insurance Information
Some businesses are required by Denio’s to carry General Liability Insurance. Please ask us and we’ll let you know if you will be required to have insurance for what you’d like to do at the market.
If you are required to have general or product liability insurance, the policy must have limits no less than 1 million in each category.
Denio’s Roseville Farmers Market & Auction, Inc. must be named an additional insured. Your insurer may use form ACORD 25, to name us additional insured. Please follow each step below completely.

Submit to Denio’s by email: info@deniosmarket.kinsta.cloud (Attention Vendor Insurance) a full copy of your valid (and unexpired) liability policy including:
- the declarations page
- all endorsements
- all exclusions
- the form ACORD 25, naming us as an additional insured
We are looking for “occurrence” based insurance, not “claims” based insurance.
Once we have the policy, we will forward it to our insurance company for review. This only takes a matter of a few days if we receive everything we need. Vendors are required to carry a copy of the Certificate of Insurance with you any time you operate at Denio’s.
We suggest you inquire first with your current insurance company, if you do not have one, below are some options for you to look into.
